Unlike many Representatives, Patlon is selective about the international Principals we represent, preferring to build exclusive affiliations with those companies we feel are best aligned with our relationship-based selling process.

Firmly committed to adding value, both for Principals and customers, Patlon takes a proactive role in developing new applications and servicing existing ones.

Our technical sales force works closely at the OEM and end-user levels with design, production, standards, quality, product support and maintenance engineers.

This often allows us to specify products manufactured by our Principals, well ahead of production. Most such applications are custom designed for specific Canadian customers.

Principals and customers gain further value through Patlon’s assembly, overhaul and testing services. Our in-house repair team is staffed with highly trained electrical and mechanical technicians qualified to service well over 150 different line items.
